作者簡介：

林志興【卑南族名 Agilasay 阿吉拉賽】

他是族群融合的結果，也身體力行族群融合。他的爸爸是卑南族，媽媽是阿美族，他在21歲迷上一位排灣姑娘，和她廝守至今，生了兩位聰明可愛的女兒。

他生性樂觀、愛說話，從台下說到台上，從白天說到夢中；不過偶爾也會沉思，想到族人處境和前途時，就拿筆書寫或敲打鍵盤來宣洩情緒。

他生在阿美族部落，又隨爸媽住過達悟、排灣、布農等部落，大三那年才回到故鄉南王部落。考大學時無意間栽入人類學領域，從此死抱不放。21歲取得學士，38歲取得碩士，今年雖已44歲，仍一邊在國立台灣史前博物館工作，一邊痛快地讀著人類學博士班。每每想到自己的工作、興趣和志業能吻合，他就嘿嘿地笑了起來，自覺幸福無人能及。

譯者簡介：

美國丹佛大學法學博士、博仲法律事務所合夥律師、輔仁大學翻譯研究所副教授、台灣蠻野心足生態協會理事長、環保署環評委員。原為美籍人士，2003年10月歸化為台灣公民(中華民國國籍)。長期以來關注環境生態保護、台灣原住民土地權益及文化保存，大量心力投入台灣環境生態之政策、法律研究及環保訴訟業務；同時引進美國許多減量消費、環保書籍翻成中文出版以推展理念，如《商業生態學》、《森林大滅絕》、《富足人生》、《探索文明的出路》、《富足人生原動力》、《還我綠色地球系列》等書籍。
