Genevieve Taylor is a fire cooking expert and author of The Ultimate Wood-Fired Oven Cookbook (2018), Charred (2019) and Foolproof BBQ (2021). She writes regularly for Olive and Sainsbury’s magazines, demonstrates live-fire cookery at food festivals all over the UK, and has co-presented Radio 4’s The Food Programme. She is based in Bristol, UK, where she runs the Bristol Fire School, a cookery school dedicated to fire.
