R. Stewart Mayers is professor/chair, Department of Educational Instruction and Leadership at Southeastern Oklahoma State University and serves as Director of Teacher Education. He is co-author (with Sally Zepeda and Brad Benson) of The Call to Teacher Leadership and (with Sally Zepeda) of Supervision Across the Curriculum. His research is focused on general leadership, and legal issues in school, particularly social media speech and transgender issues. Jennifer M. Anderson is an educational leader with more than 23 years of experience serving schools, institutions of higher education and government agencies. Her experiences vary from teaching, research, school leadership, accreditation, assessment, evaluation, strategic planning, and leadership coaching and development. Her research interests include data literacy, education equity and opportunity, policy development and impacts at the local and state level, positive cultures of accountability, and program and student assessment. Todd Williams is an assistant professor in the Department of Educational Instruction and Leadership at Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Prior to joining Southeaster, Dr. Williams spent 30 years as a professional educator, serving as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, and, for the last 16 years as a school superintendent. His experience as a superintendent includes a rural district, a suburban district, and a large, diverse urban district.
