華麗一族音樂

巴洛克的原意是"怪異"，最開始指的是那些裝飾華麗的建築風格，後來在音樂之中則特指西元1600年到巴哈、韓德爾去世這段時間的華麗音樂，在古典主義音樂形成之前所流行的音樂類型。巴洛克時期是一個藝術上很開放的時代，我們可以在巴洛克音樂上看到很多當代音樂的影子。節奏強烈、短促而律動，旋律精緻。在巴哈時代發展到極至，還有大家較為熟悉的韋瓦第以及韓德爾。

韋瓦第的《四季》應該是最通俗的巴洛克音樂，堪稱流傳最廣泛的古典曲目，韓德爾的《水上音樂》（Water Music）是為了泰晤士河上舉辦的王室聯歡所作。本書收錄的作曲家還有帕海貝爾（Pachelbel）、史卡拉第(Scarlatti)、柯瑞里(Corelli)、泰理曼(Telemann)以及英國的浦賽爾(Purcell)等等。本樂譜適合初級者之鋼琴獨奏譜共25首。
