將高鐵車站及列車中屬於歡樂、溫馨、愛情、音樂、藝術、公益性之活動剪影予以分享，帶領讀者以台灣高速鐵路沿線各大都會為「點」，包含其人文歷史古蹟、車 站特定區、聯外交通等，奔馳之700T列車連貫沿線城鄉為「線」，構築新高速交通運輸路廊相關建設成果總匯，呈現台灣西部高鐵運輸廊帶人文景觀之建國百年 新風貌。
