Bill King is the pioneer who put the Australian outback on the map for travelers from all over Australia and the world. In an enterprise founded on hope and hard work his business, still operating as AAT Kings, opened up a whole new branch of Australian tourism. Even though he became a tourist industry leader, Bill spent many years behind the wheel as one of the driver/tour leaders in what was then a shoestring operation.
