This study evaluated THE chemical profile, antioxidant AND anti-inflammatory activity, in an unprecedented manner, of silver synthesized nanoparticles ( AgNPs ) . from IL nanoemulsion Of essential oil (EO) of S. terebinthifolius x I. verum x S. aromaticum (NEO). The constituent chemistry were identified of the GC-MS. The nanoemulsions were prepared of IL phase inversion method AND IL synthesis Of AgNP was performed of the Ag reduction method AgNO3 using NEO. The 'antioxidant activity was evaluated of the ABTS radical discoloration method AND THE anti-inflammatory activity of protein denaturation . The majority constituent Of the EO was E- anethole . The best IC50 3.03 mg L-1 for antioxidant activity was obtained for AgNP pH10. The best IC50 for anti-inflammatory activity was 0.1244 mg mL-1. This study brought unprecedented results for AgNP to NEO, demonstrating A Be efficient in improving IL activity tested in this study, also demonstrating IL effect of pH in these formulation .
