本書是一本中英對照的金門國家公園介紹書籍，希望藉由此書讓讀者對金門國家公園有一個整體的認識，進而與這裡的空間產生新的對話，並有美好的體驗。

Kinmen National Park was established in October 18th 1995 to preserve the historical and cultural assets of Kinmen, including those of warfare, as well as Kinmen’s natural environment. This book introduces Kinmen’s history, culture heritage, battlefield monuments, geology & topology, vegetation, and wildlife with brief description in both Chinese and English. In addition to the text part, the book is full of images of animal and plant species not inhabited in Taiwan, special coastal landscape, warfare monuments, and traditional residency in Kinmen National Park. The book also indicates that Kinmen is much more than a small island with warfare history, instead, it is worth an in-depth visit.
