為因應流感大流行之可能來襲，本局依據行政院核定之第二期準備計畫、WHO 2009年4月公布新版指引「Pandemic influenza preparedness and response. WHO guidance document」及2009-2010年H1N1新型流感大流行防治經驗，編擬本第三版策略計畫，內容研擬政府在不同疫情狀況下所能採取之各項可能防治作為，俾利明瞭策略全貌。
In order to prevent and control the influenza pandemic, Taiwan CDC
compiled this Strategic Plan-3rd edition in accordance with our ‘Preparedness Plan-Phase II’ , WHO ‘Pandemic influenza preparedness and response. WHO guidance document’(published in Apr 2009) and the experience of the 2009-2010 H1N1 influenza pandemic. This Strategy Plan listed the possible epidemic prevention measures by government during different epidemic situations to give a complete picture of the whole strategy.
