The author Pastor Zhongshi Shao uses "The Procrustean Bed" as the title, in the hope that everyone can understand, on the interpretation of the Bible is not the plane view of the people to interpret. One should not use the mentalities of times past to interpret the biblical descriptions of events.
To do so would be no different than a malicious robber.
