From a One-Paragraph Writing to a Three-Paragraph Essay Writing is designed for the EFL (English as Foreign Language) high school students or college students to gain a sense of what writing in English is like. It addresses the basic structure of English writing: namely an introduction, a body, and a conclusion. The three structure elements are the necessary writing requirements, which will help the beginning writer make a well-founded writing format. Different types of writing such as chronological narrative writing, cause and effect writing, interview report writing, conditional sentence writing, and comparison and contrast writing are introduced in this material.
