爽朗的她英文名字是Cecilia,學生都叫她CC老師,是瑞康屋廚藝教室的超人氣烹飪老師,也是眾多美食節目的示範老師。對料理,懂吃、愛吃、並且有著超好廚藝的她把烹飪當做一種對美學生活的實踐;把教學當做一種對幸福的傳遞,用最簡單的方式帶您認識無國界的美食天地。
